SGK Construction is a property maintenance company based in Milton Keynes. We look after homes, rental properties and commercial premises with a multi-skilled team that covers everyday repairs through to specialist craftsmanship.
Our work falls into two parts. Planned work keeps a building in good condition — scheduled maintenance, refurbishments and improvements. Reactive work deals with the problems nobody planned for — leaks, damage and failed fittings.
Because the same team can carry out decorating, roofing, carpentry, fencing, metalwork and more, clients deal with one point of contact rather than coordinating several contractors.
